PROTOTYPING AND DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS

After receiving an inquiry about a new product from a customer, we make an arrangement to ask about the customer’s requests. After reviewing the requests in-house, we prototype the product, evaluate it and provide the customer with a sample. After that, the customer signs a contract with us and mass production starts.

PROCESS CONTROL

To ensure the reliable and efficient quality inspection of manufactured products, we conduct process control through a combination of a “lot assurance inspection” and “total inspection”.
